Hi Everyone,
I have a particular agent who has been reporting that he gets automatically signed out of the avaya one-x application and back to system default. He is the only one affected every time. I have always told him to reboot and re-launch the application. I am wondering what could be causing this and if anyone has experienced the same, I would be very interested to know how it got remediated or resolved.
