Belevedere - i found an older closed thread that i couldnt reply to. Im looking for the firmware for the DT900 phones to STD SIP. The great state of Alaska has invested millions in NEC Systems and equipment and are devasted by the latest news... but id like to keep using the phones in varies...
Hello, we recently installed a new SV9100 CP20 with an old DSS T1. Often during dialing a dial tone is thrown back at us, it confused the providers (customer) so they have to hang up and start over. I turned off E&M dial tone in 34-01 but now the call will just hang like not all of the digits...
84-26 is still there, its not on the local lan either. There isnt anything different between the databases when I do a verify file vs file. Any other thoughts?
I upgraded software on a SV9100 yesterday and today we cannot hear the callers or outside party. I also migrated an SV8100 to SV9100 and had one way audio troubles and NEC couldnt find the problem, said it was carrier. V10 sip trunk problems? Help!

Sounds more like some type of ACD you are looking for. You can change your music on hold source per trunk but if its a circuit that's almost impossible to work the way you are talking without ACD
The only way to get this to work is get fancy with your routing mailboxes and the timeout options. It really depends on how many classrooms you have. I can give you a programming example if you tell me how many classrooms you have to program into the autoattendant.
