T1 with SV9100 outbound calling issues

Hello, we recently installed a new SV9100 CP20 with an old DSS T1. Often during dialing a dial tone is thrown back at us, it confused the providers (customer) so they have to hang up and start over. I turned off E&M dial tone in 34-01 but now the call will just hang like not all of the digits...

Dial tone on an inbound call to NEC Elite 192

We are in Alaska. The VOIP is a lower 48 provider. Therefore the DSS was disconnected and the outside provider took the numbers. Im simply trying to get the DSS to come back up on the system before we port the numbers back. Provisioning is the same as it was before (they say)

Dial tone on an inbound call to NEC Elite 192

Telco recently re-installed a DSS T1 with a test number to an existing system that was replaced by a VOIP system. Outbound works fine but when I call the test number, it hits channel 1 on the system but provides a dial tone. No matter what I do it never changes. I can hear myself playing with...

NEC IPK II Call flow questions

Sounds more like some type of ACD you are looking for. You can change your music on hold source per trunk but if its a circuit that's almost impossible to work the way you are talking without ACD

Inmail on 9100 using school quiet hours

The only way to get this to work is get fancy with your routing mailboxes and the timeout options. It really depends on how many classrooms you have. I can give you a programming example if you tell me how many classrooms you have to program into the autoattendant.
