I am looking for anyone who has an answer solution for this, NEC forum had limited responces.

SV9100 w/Inmail
The system is front ended by the AA with no incoming live calls, at the main greeting they either dial a 1 touch selection or ext number, if the ext numbers are 1XX, 2XX or 3XX and its during school hours 8 am -2 pm then the call if its a class room must perform an REC1 to the mailbox if its an admin call it must ring through. From 2 pm to 8 am calls will then forward BNA to mailbox. If the classrooms are in the same numbering plan range as office phones the DAT will not transfer to a admin phone if REC1 is activated. The Inmail cannot distinguish between a ext and a dial option from the main greeting which makes the 1-3 options not usable. As of now the extensions follow the school room numbers and the admin offices do the same. The customer is determined to keep the numbering plan as is and have this feature work.
They currently have an old VMP LX which is the original UM8000 which has the capabilities to distinguish the difference with a 2 second delay timer at the opening box and the use of Tboxes for each extension with its own D/N schedule. They are looking for a cheaper priced solution using inmail because it comes with the system using only a license. UC and pressing DND or CFA is not an option as they don"t want to have to think about if its on or off each day

I too have not been able to get this to work. If extensions start with 1-3, your single button transfers have to be 4-9. Have not found where one can enter that same pause like the UM8000.

The latest SV9100 software added the delay dial feature.
With Version 6000 or higher, Each Dial Action Table digit can have two simultaneous assignments:
Dialed Transfer Assignment and an Alternate Assignment.
 Dialed Transfer Assignment
The Dialed Transfer Assignment is a Screened or Unscreened Transfer to an extension or
Department Group corresponding to the dialed digit. If digits are dialed in succession then Dialed
Transfer Assignment is followed.
 Alternate Transfer Assignment
The Alternate Assignment overlays the Dialed Transfer Assignment. If the caller dials a single digit,
after 1.5 second they route to the Alternate Assignment.

This has always been an issue. We do a two step process on the first AA if you know your parties XXXX extension number please dial it now then timeout to another AA for sales press one for receivables press two so fourth and so on

The only way to get this to work is get fancy with your routing mailboxes and the timeout options. It really depends on how many classrooms you have. I can give you a programming example if you tell me how many classrooms you have to program into the autoattendant.

Call forwarding can't be set based on night mode. The only thing you can do is put the station that has the forwarding in a different timer class based on night mode.

For example if station 101 had Call Forward Busy No Answer set to Voicemail, this station could be placed in timer class 1 for mode 1 and timer class 2 for mode 2 in command 20-29.

Then set the timer to 20 seconds for timer class 1 in command 20-31-15 and 1 second for timer class 2.

Have you thought of coming at this from a different direction. Supply a NUC connected to the system with a script that changes the programming according to the time of the day. It will only cost a couple of hundred dollars and will give you total flexibility. If that costs too much, you could even use a stick computer that could be sub $100
