I upgraded software on a SV9100 yesterday and today we cannot hear the callers or outside party. I also migrated an SV8100 to SV9100 and had one way audio troubles and NEC couldnt find the problem, said it was carrier. V10 sip trunk problems? Help!

I would verify the IP address in 84-26 is still there and has not defaulted. This address is required for IP phones and SIP trunk audio. If wrong you will not have any audio. A 1-way issue may be the carrier. You might also try resetting all related equipment.

Is the customer network using load balancing with, for example. a 4G network as that can cause issues like these as the RTP stram may be coming back from an unexpected network!

84-26 is still there, its not on the local lan either. There isnt anything different between the databases when I do a verify file vs file. Any other thoughts?

Check 10-33..usually this is a NAT issue if you aren't using an SBC.
