Switch on the Port mirroring on Mikrotik and then get IP-trace with the WireShark.

DTMF type at your PBX has to match with DTMF type set by your SIP provider.
Also SIP provider has to use only one type of DTMF sending.
Try to select DTMF at your PBX side. Probably you'll be able to solve the problem.

Try to ask any dealer, who repairs PBXs, to downgrade firmare at ver. 1.010. After that you can upgrade you PBX at the version you need.
