Hello. Help please.. 🙂
I was trying to upload a .wav for ogm but i got the error "this file cannot transfer from maintenance console". The wav file is less than 1mb and less than 1min.
Any advice please?

Thank you in advance!🙂

Thank you Mike.

I checked the file it was .wav(mono) so iwent over my notes.. 🤦‍♂️My bad, i was uploading the ogm file to "file transfer pc to pbx" when i should be uploading it to "message file transfer pc to pbx." I'm uploading it for DISA. Fyi to my fellow noob😅✌.

I would like to ask another question please, but It's another topic if its okay? How can i clear the co line button? I was trying to program it on the dpt phone i used prog|key to prog|2|___|store. Now even if i clear the button it wont connect to co line when impressed.

Thank you

Program -> DSS_Button -> X -> YYY -> Store,
X - Feature of DSS_Button:
0 = CO-Line to control
1 = Extension to control
2 = One-Touch Dial
"Transfer" = Clear selected DSS_Button

YYY - Parameter of X:
if X=0, YYY - CO-line number (See WEB Maintenance Console -> PBX Configuration -> 10.1 Co Line Settings)
if X=1, YYY - Extension Number you want to control
if X=2, YYY - Number to One-Touch Dial (ex. Mobile phone number with Local Access code)
if X=Transfer, YYY is not needed, just press Store and DSS_Button will be cleared.

Telephone communication like an air: you do not notice it until you spoil it.

Thank you Ired1980. I will try to use to clear button.

Hi I am Zonz

wav files must be converted to wav files G711
you can do it on online sites that provide convert to wav G711

To follow up, I use this website to convert my audio files. Browse to the file, select the top U-Law bullet, then convert. Super easy and convenient, I was converting files with Audacity before so this frees up a bunch of time.

One thing I found out the hard way - the Panasonic PBX is pretty picky when it comes to file names and will throw out that exact same error. So you may have to trim down the file name, remove spaces, hyphens, special characters, etc.

The issue has been resolved.

Thank you for all the reply.

Let's all stay safe.🙂
