ns500 / queuing

Hi guys
I have 3 Co lines in ns500
Incoming Call... dil to 501
Intercept when No Dial after DISA answers to AA-0 501 to Group 601
Queuing Time Table 1
Sequence 1 to OGM 2
When I call, I hear the 1 message, then the message 2 in queuing ...good
But in the CO lines 2 and 3.
I didn't hear the message 1 Then 2 only ring to group 601
But sometimes I hear message 1 Then 2

Is there DSP on NS500?
NS500 has two channels for OGM without DSP.

1. What is the queue capacity (for group 601)?
2. Are your CO-lines a real landlines or lines from VoIP-Gateway? Can you see the second call to second CO-line on the PT button when the first caller is in the queue?
