You need to add the SIP FQDN and Domain to the config. You can use just the IP address one the IPO LAN1 in those fields if you'd like. You won't get anything to register without something configured there.
Random reboots have been present in many different builds over the years with various causes. There are no historical logs you can review. Best to set a sysmon trace to log and check it after the next reboot.
I won't even attempt UC Module upgrades anymore, I always just take a backup and do a full re-image then restore the backup. You do need to be on site to do that with a USB drive. The best way to upgrade though is to spin up an App server and ditch the UCM.
I've got the exact same issue. iPhone doesn't have the Voip service limited warning but Android does connected to the same IPO. I have tried with and without TLS, no difference. I'm not sure what exactly is limited since it seems to be working 100% fine other than the warning icon.
Had this happen before. You should be able to upload through Web Manager no problem. If all else fails you can rename the PLDS license file to PLDSKeys.xml, upload to the Primary folder with Embedded File Management, and restart the SD card.
It seems like the Android app might be broken on R11. I can get it to work fine with desktop clients and iPhones, but the Android app won't connect even configuring manually. I haven't bothered to put in a ticket with Avaya yet.
I think you can do this with Personal Distribution Lists in Intuity mode.

Sorry if this is a super basic question but I'm struggling a little bit and could use some assistance. Most of my knowledge is in the IP Office but I also support some of our CM customers here and there. A customer had a request that I thought would be easy but I'm missing something. They are CM...
Make your line group 11 URI look just like the main group using wildcards. You can set their outbound caller id in the SIP tab on the users. Then you should be able to route that number in your ICR on line group 11 and make a user rights short code to make sure the smaller group can only dial...
