Thanks for the reply, It's IP Office 500 V2 version 9.0. I already look at the web manager but I cannot find anything regarding certificate in version 9.0. In version 9.1+, it's available in web manager.

If you are using avaya one-x portal then you must use avaya one-x mobile. I think some application that you download are from CM/SM. Please also make sure you have power user license and other requirements needed.
