Authorization code not working using Analog line in release 9.1

Hi Guys,

I have issue in one of our client using authorization or account code. The client need to use authorization code whenever the user will dial international number. I enable authorization code in ARS but IP Office still not ask the user to enter its auth code. I already updated the IP Office release to the latest patch but still encountered same issue. I've been configuring authorization code for the past 4 years but this is the first time that I encountered this issue.

Anyone encountered this issue?

Please advise.

Hi Westi,

Yes they are using line appearance. It's already resolved yesterday afternoon. When I run the IPO Monitor, I can see some block forwarding when I dial international. I'm not sure why the logs is saying block forwarding but when I unclick the "inhibit off switch forward/transfer" the phone is already asking for authorization code.

Good to know that this can cause the issue and thanks for posting the resolution, someone will be very happy to rad it one day (could be me because memory is not great)
