I have issue in one of our client using authorization or account code. The client need to use authorization code whenever the user will dial international number. I enable authorization code in ARS but IP Office still not ask the user to enter its auth code. I already updated the IP Office release to the latest patch but still encountered same issue. I've been configuring authorization code for the past 4 years but this is the first time that I encountered this issue.
Anyone encountered this issue?
