DO Avaya Workplace supports automatic answer like Avaya Communicator?

Rumor is 11.2 will have it… if it ever comes out.

Avaya sold off to Ring Central?

+1 for 3CX, can be on premise or cloud, can be sold via seat based pricing or included in a lease even with SIP telecom services. 10x easier to support and setup. I'm amazed of how many less support calls we get than a IP Office, just more user intuitive.

11.1.2.239 basic edition server certificate expired

You'll have to set monitor to HTTPS or HTTP instead of TCP/UDP iirc. Also GMail stopped working with the new TLS requirement.

    D200 Dead?

Rumor I heard is that Avaya is having too many issues with the D200. Announcement should be out in Feb that it will be canceled.

They have confirmed there will not be any additional major releases beyond 11.1 and they are recommending not to sell IPOSS to customers but move them to ACO. Add that to the fact they are requiring partners to get a sign off that the partner offered ACO or even in some cases call the customer...

Avaya Should be able to give you a list of vendors in your area that can assist. Or use this: http://www.avaya.com/en/partner-locator/

    Basic Edition

Basic has it's place. Mostly Mom and Pop shops, 10 phones or less. We sell over 1,100 basics systems a year. Just a simple partner replacement don't try to do anything more then what the partner would do. Otherwise your in Ess.

    Basic Edition

It's possible in Basic Mode. You just have to be very careful... Open the config in standard view and apply VM rights of the users you want to access/view the general mailbox. Recommend using x10 as a timeout in the AA will always go to the first extension in the system ( Device ID 1.)

Voicemail Pro 9.0 Service pac 2

I have the same issue on the past 2 VM Pro upgrades. Both from a 500v1 5.0. Switching Voicemail mode to and from IP Office mode does not help either.
