    Got it working partially I was mistakenly putting in the extension for the rec'd. Put in the last 4 digits of the DID and it took it. I use an outside line on the same phone system and it rings through to the extension it's set for, but when I call the line from my cell it's not in service

    I have been able to program the button on the reception phone (221] through button programming in the element manager But it still says access denied when I try to use it As I have said, all the lines and all the sets are programmed with 221 as the control set
