I am unable to get a working POS Ready 7 P1550. It will load everything but the touchscreen will not work! If you find a working image, could you help and pass it to me as well??

I am trying to set up a new location using Radiant 1515 terminals on FOCUS. I am running into issues getting the MSR to work. Wondering if anyone knows where I can get a copy of OPOSim.exe or a workaround to get these working?
Not sure. I tried moving the update file into C:, RDF folder, even just the AlohaQS folder. Same error. I was able to obtain a different update file for Update Any to 6.7.51 and getting the same thing. Do you think maybe I need to upgrade off of 6.7.44 since there were so many issues with that...
I am trying to upgrade my lab system from 6.7.44 to 6.7.51 and it is failing at the PreReqs. When I view the Debout.SET file it is telling me this:
Aug 19 03:54:07 Aloha Update Info...Call Command: ["C:\Users\NCRSVR\Desktop\Installs\AlohaUpdate_AlohaPOS_6_7_44to6_7_50.exe" /update /exit]

I remember seeing a cool feature in Aloha where you can have all the modifiers for an item have a check mark if that is included in that parent item, then all you would have to do is touch the item to uncheck it. Is that possible in 6.7 or is that a later version??? TIA
My company is looking for a report that is custom for us. I am wondering if anyone out there either has a Crystal Report program to be able to write Crystal Reports or someone that could set one up rather quickly for us. Anyone out there able to help??
If you are using Configuration Center or New Aloha Manager (which looks like Config Center), I believe you have to add it in there to the appropriate item in order for it to work.
I am upgrading locations to Aloha 12.3 and running into issues with the images that are on our terminals. Does anyone have or know where I can get an image for a Radiant 1520 with a 2gb hard drive and 1gb of RAM?
If you have access to the Aloha Back Office computer, you could log in to Aloha and pull and Audit report. This will allow you to flag what you want to see in the report. If you want to see if they are reopening checks, deleting the cash payment, then voiding or comping the check, you could...
You could create what is called a Price Change in Aloha. This allows you to have the same items but each store would have its own Price Change to keep track of what their pricing is. You then create an event to fire that price change but the Price Change contains all items that use a different...
Yeah. I actually have helped roll out a couple beer bars and that is the way we set everything up. It also helped them know which beers people were sampling but not purchasing. This helped them rotate through things a little quicker.
There is no way for Aloha to calculate a cash tip. The system relies on the server to "claim" the correct amount in cash and can only use that amount. At least this was the last I knew. If they found a way for the system to calculate a cash tip, that would be cool...unless you get people who...
This is actually a known issue...well in the eyes of everyone but NCR. What you need to do is just cut the 4 EDC files out of the BIN folder and then you will be able to update Aloha. Once the update completes, drop the EDC files back into the BIN and then you will be able to update EDC.
I believe the easiest way to achieve what you are looking for would be to have 2 separate buttons, one for 12oz and one for 16oz. Then you would just need to add them together from the PMIX report. You are correct in saying if you create a modifier group with sizes and you attach it to both Bud...
Coorsman - you are correct. I don't remember the actual file name but it is a program that runs and just watches for *.lck to see when someone is on the terminal.
I can try and get my hands on the program if you would like. We used to install it on systems for people so they knew when they...
