I am trying to upgrade my lab system from 6.7.44 to 6.7.51 and it is failing at the PreReqs. When I view the Debout.SET file it is telling me this:

What Version string would be it be talking about?

I can install a new clean 6.7.50 version but it will not let me upgrade. Any help would be awesome!!!

Yes. It is showing Driver Version: 6.60.0.0.

Something about not being able to run AlohaUpdateLaunchService.exe in that path or improper access to run as admin maybe?

Not sure. I tried moving the update file into C:, RDF folder, even just the AlohaQS folder. Same error. I was able to obtain a different update file for Update Any to 6.7.51 and getting the same thing. Do you think maybe I need to upgrade off of 6.7.44 since there were so many issues with that version??

Is this an actual database, or is it a blank database? What if you run a dbconfig on the DATA folder and then try to update again?

It is an actual database. It is my lab system with a back office server and 1 working/floating terminal.

Tried the DBconfig to see and it didn't work.

If you take a look at the line for my debout.set right after where yours fails, it appears to be checking the HASP version

That is awesome!!! Thank you for finding that! Looks like I will be attempting to update the HASP drivers.

Thank you for all the help!!!
