Hi

When we upgraded to 6.7.34 we lost a bunch of images for informational buttons. When I add an image to the BMP folder and refresh the image gets removed. I had an explorer window open to the BMP folder and watched it happen. Image is .bmp w/ identical bit depth etc to stock aloha images. Never had a problem with this before. Any ideas?

Thanks

If you are using Configuration Center or New Aloha Manager (which looks like Config Center), I believe you have to add it in there to the appropriate item in order for it to work.

Yeah I figured this out and hadn't had a chance to post to this thread.

We had been updated to configuration center and there is a menu item under store settings for adding media files. It looks like configuration center is accessing a sql server db or not looking in the bmp folder for images. Once I added the image it was available in the panel editor.

Thanks
