    Message Waiting "Flex Button" is forwarding to another extension???

    It is likely an 'extension message waiting.' If a user calls the extension, and presses the message button it turns the light on. Calling the extension should turn it off when the far end answers. You can also press the message button followed by cancel when on hook. Rob

    I really think it is a carrier issue. It is bouncing directly to our fail-over POTS lines. I don not think the failed calls are hitting the PBX. It does look like there were significant changes to the SIP programming if the manual is correct

    Its getting close.... But the group operators are making out our calls on behalf of the client so the outbound phone number is almost always different. I tried playing with a walking COS and SDN button but the CID is always from the CO and not from the extension regardless of the CLIP...
