Hi All,

Is there a workaround to allow # transfer/recall from an remote CO-CO call without disabling all DISA security?

They only way I have been able to do it, is to create in ICG with a queue sequence that times out to another OGM. The second OGM has a AA destination that points to another DISA (Multistep DISA AA Service).

It is really not secure but better than nothing.

Thanks,

Rob

With enhanced licence you can have a co to call transfer with #. Works with isnd. Not sure abut analogue lines

We have both SIP trunks and analog CO trunks lines with the enhanced license.

Seems to work OK over outgoing CO trunks, although the call transfers immediately without splitting; has to be an incoming of any type to outgoing analog CO for it to work at all.

However we can only get it to work with DISA security mode "none" for it to work, Walking COS and Account Verification codes do not override if dialing into DISA.

Would also love to know if there is a way to get this to work using incoming SIP trunks. (If it helps in diagnosis even "call forward all" from SIP trunks presents a busy to the SIP provider.

If a call comes in over SIP and is then transferred to an analog CO the feature will only work with no security.

If we dial into DISA make an outbound call using any type of trunk, the feature will also not work at all with any setting. perhaps by design?

The idea is if there is a remote caller dialing into DISA using the cellular phone features, they are stuck with the call and cannot transfer it to another party.

Thanks,
Rob

Looks like I had to activate and deactivate # for flash and it now works.

SIP provider could not handle to VZ Forward header and it works now.
Thanks
