Yes I understand this but something looks wrong, the keycode menu shows 12 digital licenses, but I have 28 digital phones installed, im guessing the system came with 12 by default, but we are very sure that we had 2 ip phones installed before adding an additional keycode for 10 ip and 12...

well 10 ip licenses, but shouldn't the 10 ip licenses bought in the keycode be additional to what was there before the keycode was installed.

based on what you said if they dial 0 when night service is enabled it should reroute to 3507.
