I've been getting the following alert from our CCM server
ALM0113 - MiTAI performed a hotrestart
According to prairiefyre I need to change the threshold level at which MiTAI errors cause the service to reload the MiTAIClient dll.
Can some-one point me in the right direction also why...
I don't think you can do this directly from AD to nupoint however you can export users email address from AD onto a csv file using LDAP admin tool (check on technet for instruction) from there you can i believe import to nupoint.
Can anyone help with how to import the CSV to nupoint?

Just to give an update we have identified the problem to be with the firewall, the traffic is was not routing correctly. From the wire shark logs we could see the connection to the mbg and the 3300 authenticating the user however the next hop is to another device which at this point...
Thanks I had a look at the logs TUG_TUG.LOG from there I can see my SIP client making connection to the MBG and actually authenticates with the 3300 but then times-out on reg. There's no further info from here.
On viewing the logs I noticed something quite alarming in particular two attempted...
Guys thanks again for your advise, I tried this internally using X-lite for windows connecting straight in to the 3300 and that worked using SIP account....
Our edge firewall is co-managed by a 3rd party supplier there due in next Tuesday so we can run some test on the network so investigate...

Just to let you know i have resolved this. Seems like when we started up the IQ CCM was still offline. After an hour later when CCM was brought back up it somehow lost the configuration settings for the IQ.
Under Enterprise on CCM WEB we added the media server for the IQ. Synced...

We seem to have lost our Intelligent Queue Smart Choice layer Exit code from the IQ. Have tested connection between IQ and CCM and seems fine.
Syncing Data from the 3300 is fine.
This happened after we shut down all our systems as a precaution due to a AC failure in our Comms room...

Thanks Surferx0. After re-installing CCC a few times and setting the IIS to deny access and adding client IP address as an exception this seems to be working.

Thanks, I checked IIS settings IP address was set to grant all computers access to ISS.
I denied access and allowed my test machine IP Address through. Re-installed CCC done this a few times now still not updating.Restarted IIS etc.
What version of IIS are you using were currently using IIS6...
