Message key for users on a 3300

We are using 3300 with 5330 phones. I had this issue once before (but not quite).

The message key to the far right (with the envelope) doesnt dial voicemail. For this user it dials another users extension (and the can accept the call and be able to talk).

It is a hot desk user and when they log on to a different phone the problem persists so it is something with that users account but I dont know where to program that.

It sounds like a "Call back" message. That being said, see what is in the display when you press it and we'll take it from there. Thanks.

Try pressing the messsage button - read message - Erase mesg

I went to see the user.. hit the buttone.. Erase.. done.
