Hi All

Wondering if you get help with this qurey we have ccm Ver 6 and only in the last couple of days have had some sync failures
Please see below. We have 3 3300 which are all syncing ok no errors reported from network monitor.

Please let me know if you need an further details.

Have you tested the connection to the 3300's that the sync is failing with in the YSE? Another thing I have found with CCM ver 6 is that the MiXML service needs to be restarted if a sync hangs or if sync failures have been occurring.
 
Had something similar a few months back. Customer did confess to some network maintenance right before issue began. Rebooting of CCM server cleared the issue.
 
Thank you DeanBlount and 619Tech I will first try and restart the MIXML Servie first if this fails will try and bounce the server. Will keep you informed.
 
Prairie Fyre is really all over the place in release 6. I have had countless issues with it. The software however does do a really good job of keeping back end log files. You have to go into the installation directory to find them. On the plus side PF does not require you to have any certs to call as long as the software assurance is up to date (which because you are on 6 I would assume is the case). You can beat your head against the wall for hours on this stuff. Quite often there is a longer hold time on CCM support so I would call them and then try some stuff while on hold. Best of luck!

Just to let you know this has been resolved, i've had to reboot all our 3300 then the CCM server. Sync is now ok. Thank you all for your help.
