Clear people entries from 5340

Hi All,
We have a customer who is closing a building and redeploying 5340's to another site. They find that the factory default option on the phone does not clear the previous users People entries from the phone. Of course these can be manually cleared one entry at a time but this is time consuming. Does anyone have a way of properly defaulting these phones?

I would say they are not factory defaulting the phone.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

Hi - You will need to holf the up/down volume button together skip to select "Tools and Features" select Restore Default. That should clear the phone.
