I was wondering if there's a way of finding out when a call is parked and where.
Query from a 3rd party SIP end point.
I wonder if there's some code we can write to query the IP office?
Any ideas?
Check the Call Appearances.
If you have 2 CA on the phone, in user / telephony / multi line option check the 'reserve last CA'
if you don't have 2 call appearances... add 1
the issue with the 9611G is the firmware.
If you have 6.62... no problem

update to 6.8102 and the problem goes away.

Not an headset issue
When you upload the files in the opt/ipoffice/vmpro/wavs/CustomPrompts folder make sure you are not logged in VM Pro.
After uploading the file, select it, and then click on the icon top right to commit changes.
If you are logged on VM pro it will not commit.

can't get 3rd party softphones to register.
Created user, SIP Extension with 3rd party IP end point reserved.
When login, I can see the extension registering but not the user.
Tried Zoiper, Acrobits and both didn't work.
When I disconnect I see the IP...

Trying to find a way for operators to keep a call active while still working (even if not on the phone) on a received call.
Wrap up time doesn't work as they never know how long they need.
Billing charges per minute so leaving the call active would be great.

and noticed I was on Central time instead of Eastern Time.
