We have an IP406 at what we would call our main site running 4.2(20) software, which is linked to a remote IP403 DS running software version 3.2(56) via a line of site link.
The users on the remote IP Office dial out via the main site IP Office without issue. They can also dial internal users...

On occasion, the Voicemail Lite application will close on it's own accord, and has to manually restarted.
Has anyone come across this before? Is there a software update available?
Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Hello intrigant,
If you disconnect LAN1 & LAN2 and you connect only your PC to either one, does it work? Test both.
This is how I am testing on my test rig, with the configuration defaulted. I can connect to the unit on LAN 1, but not via LAN 2.
If yes then you have a LAN problem if No then...

Thanks for the suggestion hairlesssupportmonkey, however I am struggling to see how this will be a VCM Card Issue. Would you mind expanding for me?

We have an IP403 DS on version 3.2(57), which defaults it's config each time it is rebooted.
The unit has been changed, we have upgraded the system, and retyped the config from scratch (in that order) and nothing appears to resolve the problem.
