Unable to listen to messages on Embedded Voicemail

We have a customer who frequently cannot listen to new messages. A reboot of the Control Unit clears this, but is starting to happen on a regular basis.

The Monitor trace shows the following;

Yes they are all DT3's

The embedded card was terrible in the Small office, might be best to move onto VM Lite.

I've learned there are some extensions using Avaya IP Phones.... What impact does this have on the compression for Voicemail messages?
