yes. I found what the issue was. Special feature SA7311 ( CDR record answering party) was set to yes. So the system was not sending CDR records for the extension called but only the one that answered.
We have CM 6.2 and Ecas 8.1. I have some virtual station that I can pull reports for but any new virtual station I set up recently comes with no data.
Any suggestions would be great.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have a request from a user who wants to know when a customer calls him. He is setup with EC500 and we have a vdn, Vector with a coverage path that terminates in his station with EC500 enabled. What he is trying to accomplish is he wants to change the caller ID of the caller to...
I mentioned 255.255.255.252 because in a previous job we were running of IP on one site and we increased our DHCP range so instead of 24 bit it was 22 bit so the gateway was on 255.255.255.0 and I had to change it to 255.255.255.252. We had some audio issues then because the new subnets could...
Thanks Montzummer. our network team actually created a new vlan for voice besides the one already there. so that location will have 2 voice vlans which are separate from data vlans. The thing is they are not doing a DHCP scope increase but they went ahead and created a new vlan instead and the...
Hello Everyone,
We are expanding our branch office to have more than 255 users. The G450 that is on the site has:
ip: 10.140.50.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
The DHCP scope is 10.140.20.50/254
We are adding another subnet : 10.140.70.xx
What do we need to do in order to avoid any audio...
This behavior is normal when you have a coverage answer group as a point of coverage and in this situation i have a CAG as point 2. Once I remove it the call goes to the VM of the station called and not to Point 1 VM.
Thanks Montyzummer. I already created a VDN with a vector that routes to messaging. I was under the assumption that the call goes to the VM of the station called not to the VM of the extension at point 1.
Thanks
I have a coverage path 63 and I have 3 points:
Point 1: 76744 Point 2: c15 Point3: h99
When a call is made to main extension 71012 with coverage path 63 and goes thru point 1 and point 2 then when it is supposed to go to ext 71012 VM it is going to ext 76744 VM instead which is Point 1...
When I checked the service Controller page I see this " Application Enablement Service is not licensed in the license file". Is this related to the WebLM page issue?
Thanks you
HEllo,
I just installed AES 6.3 on a VM and when I tried to log into the Weblm I get an error (Error Code: 404 Request not found).
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
