Changing EC500 Caller ID

Hello,

I have a request from a user who wants to know when a customer calls him. He is setup with EC500 and we have a vdn, Vector with a coverage path that terminates in his station with EC500 enabled. What he is trying to accomplish is he wants to change the caller ID of the caller to something else.

We are on CM 6.2.
