Yes thats the first thing I tried :/ The reson I havent written this off to DOA, is that it went in for a warranty claim but came back "tested working" and I was quite specific about the fault in the Claim form.

Hi Guys, I have a 5324 that the ringer/speaker just doesn't work! I have been told by support that it may be a setup issue. The handset has the same class of service as the rest of the working handsets at the office. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks
