I have added the Prefix 9 in the line form for dialing out of call logs. Now how do I add the 1 in front of a long distance number? It would be great if you could edit the number before pressing the Call button in the log.

This is more than likely a PRI provider issues where they aren't sending "Alerting" on a trunk to trunk call. They should be able to tell you if they are getting D Channel "Alerting" from the IPO and what they are trying to do with it.

If this is and external Phone 16 or 30 module I would swap the power supply with a known good one to eliminate a noisy power supply. If they are internal Phone 2 or 8's in a 500 chassis it could still be a power supply issue but that would mean swapping the chassis to troubleshoot that issue...

At this time there is no official support for OCS integrating with IP Office. It also is not on the roadmap for R7, at this time. That is not to say that you can't attempt SIP integration but you won't get any help from Avaya.

Just had this same issue on Saturday. If the Windows firewall (on a server) has ever been turned on ICS (internet connection sharing) also starts as a service. If you are not using Windows firewall, go into services, stop ICS and disable it. Reboot the server and you should be good to go.

Under System>System Tab change the Time Offset to -7. You are pulling your time from a PC running monitor that is in a different time zone.
