is there anything I can do. installed a ip office 500 with voip lines. this only happens with aa. when you hang up the lights go out but the aa keeps the lined tied up. if I answer the call on a 1416 seem to be fine if I answer on a analog set or don't answer at all the line gets stuck off hook...

ok this is driving me crazy. I have it setup in voicemail were you get the person msg you hit 7 it will transfer you to that ext. in the past I would record the greeting and press7 then accept so it would transfer automatic. now if I call it and press 7 nit works but it will not work having...

when you pick up a handset and dial a number, if you dial real slow you wont see all the numers you dialed but the call goes thru. if you dial fast you can see all the digits in the display. is there anyway to increase the timing on that. ip500

I run by there again tomorrow and look at that. I know its not max out cause I was watching the lines an nobody changed it cause im the only one the as access to the system but then again I never click on trunk to truck transfer either. the funny part it worked all last week.

WHAT THEY HAVE IS THEY ARE NOT USING AA. THEY HAVE 2 PHONE THAT ANSWER LINE 1 2 3. AND AT NITE OR IF BUSY THEY HIT A TRANS BUTTON SEND ALL CALLS TO VM. SO IM TRYING TO DO SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT.
