voice mail to email

ok I have 9.1.9.0 running. all setting are correct. I get email from my alarms with no problems. as soon as I leave a message
on a ext, with vmail to email turned on it will lock up all my email out. I have to reboot every time.
remember 1. all alarms work till that point.
2. it is the same email for the alarms as the user.
 
Preferred Edition, Essential Edition?

Given the lack of information, i can only suggest this: Pull up a CMD and perform the following. ping relay.company.com or your smtp server fqdn and change the Domain IP address to match the result under the VMPro Sender and Receiver or System>SMTP Sender in the IP Office configuration.

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.

im using embedded voice mail. all setting are matched to my other sites. leaning toward the processer but not sure. is there any problems out there
with installing dig8 first and a combo 2nd.
