call foward on ip office

ok im working on a ip office 8.1 (norstar phones) I installed a button with call forward last week for my customer. everything worked fine, now I have it fowared to there cell phone. now when you call it I get 2 beeps it try's to grab a line then it goes back to the aa msg, but if I call inhouse from ext to ext it works fine.
 
analog lines?
you need to activate Trunk to trunk transfer option as they are by default not on.
any other line type, make traces with SSA and post it as there are many options on what goes wrong

joe. 2 things were should I look for trunk to trunk trsnsfer I could not find it. 2 this was working last week and I did not change anything. ed
 
It is called "Allow Analog Trunk to Trunk Connect" and is in the trunk in the "analog options" tab a check mark on the bottom left.
This is usually the option that prevents forwarded calls. Have a look, maybe somebody changed it

Also maxing out your lines will get this result...nowhere to go :)

 
I run by there again tomorrow and look at that. I know its not max out cause I was watching the lines an nobody changed it cause im the only one the as access to the system but then again I never click on trunk to truck transfer either. the funny part it worked all last week.
 
maybe it is not enabled on all trunks and the one that is enabled was in use.
check it tomorrow and make a SSA trace of the call if it doesn't work so you can post it here and we can take a look.
