Try a spell checker before posting and don't use capitals, that is considered as shouting.
I believe the phones have a message button for that, i've read that somewere.

WHAT THEY HAVE IS THEY ARE NOT USING AA. THEY HAVE 2 PHONE THAT ANSWER LINE 1 2 3. AND AT NITE OR IF BUSY THEY HIT A TRANS BUTTON SEND ALL CALLS TO VM. SO IM TRYING TO DO SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT.

sorry about caps i just type in caps all the time.
depends how you get the calls to ring, huntgroup or line ringing?
best done with HG because then you can have a button to set the HG into night and that button will light up on all phones (if you like) and can be activated and deactivated from all phones and then the fallback for that group in night is another group that has a VM.
Or
in that group could be a user that is forwarded to a shortcode that leads to a shortcode
that makes it go to a mailbox directly

that would send calls straight into mailbox 200

Interrupt the silence only if you improve it by saying something, otherwise be quiet and everybody will be grateful.
