for some reason a voice mailbox password stopped working. I logged in and changed the password and saved it but the new password does not work? any thoughts?

Last week our provider lost several t-1's after they came back up the phones did not work. They seemed to lose connection. I am a newbie and had no idea. I was told this was very easy fix. What would you do to make them reconnect? and where can i learn?

It has just come to my attention that our active notification did not work over the weekend. Someone said this may have been going on for a while. IT is working now. I don't see how this is possible any help with me making sure this will work over weekends is much appreciated.

no restrictions or permissions what i know of. I actually tried entering the voice box #'s in permissions but same thing.

I just reprogrammed an ACD to ring to a new number using NCFW. Before there was a voice message letting the caller know the call was being forwarded or rerouted but now no more. How do i program this to have the voice message? instead of just a long pause.

I am trying to program a t-box that will allow the individual to press a number and then it will dial a long distance number directly. I am having a problem withthe LD codes we use. How do i include the long distance code so the call will be completed.
