Meridian Mail - password not working

for some reason a voice mailbox password stopped working. I logged in and changed the password and saved it but the new password does not work? any thoughts?

have u checked that the Mailbox is not disabled because of too may attempts with the wrong pwd...logon status needs to be enabled.
