    Not sure what the heck is going on with the softphone outside the company. It suppose to work, right ?

    The Avaya IP Softphone has a Troubleshooting tab on Help. Check if there's any valuable info. Uncheck Allow Direct Media Path on the extension. Another thing to try is to install a sniffer a check the packets on the same PC as the softphone.

    OK. Thanks. Yes, it's a warning, not an error, sorry. The thing is that I've got CCR licenses, CCC licenses and the CCC to CCR license, all pasted. So, I need to double check what's going on with CCR, since the status is red.
