Contact Store password reset 1

Hi guys,

Is there a procedure to reset the password of IP Office ContactStore csipo-7_8sp1_16 ?

Apparently my customer forgot their password.

I believe you need to send a specific file off to Avaya. Cant recall what it is but there isnt an installer or end user procedure any more.

Hi I had this issue and the only way it was resolved was through Avaya. They did a telnet session to the PostgreSQL DB and reset the password. They did not share the procedure as they stated it was internal

Try to backup the database (using its command tool provided), re-install CS and restore back the database.

Avaya solved it and didn't share the procedure. But it was thru command prompt.
