Partner system with AT&T U-verse ... any known issues?

I use AT&T U-Verse for phone and internet service along with Partner ACS. I have used both since 2008. I send/receive faxes and dial into other Partner systems remotely. I have never had a problem with the system.

Mail VS with DXD as second layer auto attendant

You could also route the calls to an Announcement. The calls could transfer to an extension by pressing *8 and the extension number. Your prompt would be "For sales, press star 814; for parts, press star 815, etc." Each Auto Attendant has two announcements.

Can Partner V. Messaging card answer with 2 different company names?

Yes, and the caller wouldn't need to zero out from the AA. The mailbox would answer calls on the owned lines without going through the AA.

Can Partner V. Messaging card answer with 2 different company names?

You can assign Line Ownership to an extension and record an AA greeting on it. It would be like an answering machine, where callers leave a message after the tone.

Partner mail gives no "leave a message" option.

If it is truly Partner Mail, check the class of service for the mailbox. It could be a transfer-only mailbox; it needs to be a Call Answer mailbox. If it did allow messages at one time, it could be the mailbox is full. Delete all messages in the mailbox.

Partner ACS R6.0 not recognizing 308EC in 5 Slot Carrier

In other words, the SOE was designed to be a "stand-alone edition". It isn't designed to work in a carrier with other modules. You need to get another processor that isn't SOE.

Yes, it is. This is called using "Selector Codes". The directions are in your documentation/manual in the Auto Attendant section.

The PCMCIA card doesn't have the outcalling feature. You need to replace it with either Partner Messaging or Partner Mail Vs. Be sure you check the release to ensure that it does have that feature.

Partner ACS R6.0 not recognizing 308EC in 5 Slot Carrier

Try these steps: 1. Put the processor in the carrier by itself to see if it works. If it doesn't, put it in the other carrier. If it still doesn't work, it may be the processor. If you find a combo that does work: 3. Try adding one 308. If it is ok, add the next 308. If the first 308 causes...

    Partner voicemail Question

Night rings are controlled by the Night Service button, not by the Business Schedule. You need to program this button on X10 and have them turn it on whenever they want to shorten the rings. It will override the Bus Sched timer and play the Night Prompt. The Bus Schedule controls when the day...

    IPO partner version voicemail

cr: thank you for the star!! Avaya802: Line Ownership on ACS allows a line to ring on multiple phones, with unanswered calls going to one mailbox. It doesn't need to be a private line. IPO-PV should work the same way. There is nothing in the settings to indicate that it doesn't. Have you...

    IPO partner version voicemail

There is a setting for this in the Trunks window. Open Trunks and highlight a line. Below this, there is the option "Coverage Destination" with a drop down box to assign an ext or group. This is like Line Ownership in Partner ACS.
