outcalling wanted

We have a ASC r3 and a Partner voice messaging card R2.0. What upgrades do I need to do in order to have outcalling?

if this is the PCMCIA voicemail, there is not outcalling.

if this is the card that occupies the full slot in the carrier, you have to enable this feature in the administrative mailbox.

The PCMCIA card doesn't have the outcalling feature. You need to replace it with either Partner Messaging or Partner Mail Vs. Be sure you check the release to ensure that it does have that feature.

I think it was either version R6.0 OR R7.0 that has the outcalling feature. You will want to check the documentation to be sure. I don't have it available @ this time. Since you mentioned yours is R3.0, an upgrade is in order.
