    I have a physical line frozen on a BCM 50. When this is the IP port that is frozen, I know I can restart the service feps and it reset all IP ports. Can someone tell me there is a service for the physical line? Thank you!

    Hi everybody! Here is my problem, I have a DN configure on 3 differents phones. 1- Analog phone 2- Numeric 2616 phone key 0 and 1 configure with MCR with dn 2610 3- IP 1140 phone with key 0 and 1 configure with MCR with dn 2610 The problem is when someone call 2610 dn all the 3 phones ring...

    I don't know if we are using linked numbering or acces code, i think it's linked number, we call BCM to CS100 with a 4 digit extension number. I don't know for the NMS 175 package...

    We have a big problem with our CS1000 call pilot, when people call on our CS1000 from a bcm50 on a IP trunk a let a message in the voice mail (Call Pilot) the message didn't reccord and the final user never received the message. Any idea? Thank you!

    We have a Call Pilot 05.00.41 on a CS1000 and the Call Pilot randomly losse message. User call, heard voicemail, leave message but the message don't go in the voice mail. Any idea?

    After a lot of test, the call fowarding work only for internal call. External call don't ring on the phones on the hutn group. Any idea?

    I created a Hunt Group (DN 5300) with 2 DN in (5227 and 5228). The hunt group work great, when a call extension 5300 the 2 phones ring. But when I tried to transfert call from exemple DN 5221 on the hunt group 5300, the hunt group phones don't ring. Any idea? Thanks!
