Message from a BCM 50 lost in my CS1000 call pilot

We have a big problem with our CS1000 call pilot, when people call on our CS1000 from a bcm50 on a IP trunk a let a message in the voice mail (Call Pilot) the message didn't reccord and the final user never received the message. Any idea? Thank you!

Anyway, to answer your question, are you using linked numbering between sites, or access codes?.

Does the CS1000 have the NMS 175 package?.

I don't know if we are using linked numbering or acces code, i think it's linked number, we call BCM to CS100 with a 4 digit extension number.

I don't know for the NMS 175 package...
