Call Pilot loose message

We have a Call Pilot 05.00.41 on a CS1000 and the Call Pilot randomly losse message. User call, heard voicemail, leave message but the message don't go in the voice mail. Any idea?

Yes, there is an option called "Minimum Length of a Call Answering Message" under Messaging->Messaging Management through CallPilot manager. If this setting is too high then a quick message, (Hi,it's John. Call me.), may be lost. Using the Session Trace tool on the server will show you this error.

The default is 500 ms but appears to get set to 3500 ms on migrations and some upgrades from previous release.

Thank you for your anwser, but the Minimum Length of a Call Answering Message is set to 500...
 
Could be that Callpilot not getting any voice and so no recording due to:
1. one way speech occurs
2. phone problem (mute?)

User can leave a message to Callpilot and check if he can hear back his voice message.
