BCM 50 physical line frozen?

I have a physical line frozen on a BCM 50. When this is the IP port that is frozen, I know I can restart the service feps and it reset all IP ports. Can someone tell me there is a service for the physical line? Thank you!
 
I believe you will have to open the connection between the BCM and your telco if I understand you right. Them find out why its locking up. Bad trunk port,ect.


Avaya/Nortel/NEC/Asterisk/Access Control/CCTV/DSX/Acti/UCx
 
I finaly go to Utilities/Reset in BCM Element manager and proceed with a Warn reset telephony services and it works!
