Sounds like firewall if they are losing registration. Do you have split DNS where internal FQDN resolves locally to the IPO internal IP? (test it from inside the network, using local IP's to rule out the firewall killing it)

These weren't on most of these systems prior to upgrade and certainly were't 100% loss alarms on every call. And customers are complaining of one way audio and dropped calls since the upgrade. I'm about to downgrade one while the ticket is worked to see if that makes said issues go away...

I have a few sites I put up to 11.0.4 SP1 for various bug/fix reasons. Most all have been server editions with expansions. On all of these upgrades now the expansions show 100% packet loss in ssa qos alarms for every call and the primaries are not showing that but jitter and round trip...
... at least no worries for me!
And I'm with you, Guru, easy migration to IPO in the future. I'm already doing all their call routing and AA's through VMPro so I have that going for me and don't feel so bad having VMPro on a SE (with a backup server) not doing anything!

I changed to:
2300/Dial/2300SE/99001

I did try using VM Pro and for collect did a transfer to 2300 but for the source I just put the called parties extenison, not $TARGET, and that didn't work.
