Hello all, using auto attendant; can you make two DN's ring when one key is pressed. I have a location that has two admins and need the ability for both attendant sets to ring when a caller presses the "1" key. Thanks! Also, how do I add more "users" to the CCR Tree?

The calls are all inbound cell phone service. Land line calls work fine.

The CO is passing name & number to BCM50. I can watch it through the BCM Monitor application.

Rickypone. I figured it out. Just because a set is disbale apperantly the system still recognizes the programming. Yes, kinda. 16 of the 20 are disbaled so I can use the last 4 for testing. Also, per my PBX maintenance provider I have programmed "dummy" 500 sets to control each extsension HUNT/FDN. I've disabled these sets also to no avail. I also tried one set with the extensions MARP'd to it but same result.

Okay. let me get this straight. If I have eight phones each with eight appearances of the MCR and ALL are busy, the next call will HUNT per the programming of the particular phone that the MCR appears?
