    BCM50 SIP Trunk Capacites

What are the maximum number of SIP licenses you can have in a BCM50 6.0? How many call paths per trunk? I've looked everywhere I could and couldn't find the answers. Avaya does not make it easy.

Call coverage to a calling group

So who am I supposed to believe? You or the customer? (Sarcasm) I was hoping you'd respond Tommy as I consider you the final word on all things Partner. I'll tell customer their old R6 must have been a special edition, but the regular edition can't do what he's telling me it did.

Call coverage to a calling group

Thanks PhoneFixer, but that's not quite what I'm trying to accomplish. I have the selector codes doing a direct extension transfer to a phone, then would like it ring a calling group if no answer. Because all lines are answered by the auto-attendant, all phones are set to delayed ring already. I...

Call coverage to a calling group

Hopefully some can can answer this quickly. I 'm installing an R6 with a PVM card. When callers choose an selector code, owner wants it to ring an extension, and if not answered in a certain number of rings to then ring all phones (4 phones total). I know it needs to go to a calling group with...

Partner Voice - Voicemail Won't Pick Up

I'll assume you have a Partner ACS, if you don't this may not work: Login to system programming from x10 (Feature,0,0 Left Intercom, Left Intercom) At the system program prompt on the screen enter #310 (Automatic VMS Cover) At the Ext? prompt enter 15 Press 1, display should read: 1=Assigned...

Remote Call Forward - Simultaneous Calls

Ok, another question on RCF. R6 with a 308 and PVM Card. System has 5 CO lines in it. I've added a phone, x17, and programmed it to forward offsite through the personal speed dial number 80. x17 only has lines 4 and 5 on it. All other phones have lines 1,2 and 3. All calls on lines 1, 2 and 3...

Remote call forward on a partner ACS R6

Just as a follow up, everything worked smoothly except unplugging the phone set. RNA with the set unplugged, when I plugged it back in and reactivated RCF everything worked fine. This was an R6 processor, maybe that feature was added in R7? Anyways, thanks again.

    Line disconnect supervision on partner

There is a setting for hold disconnect time. (#203) Check it and make sure it's not zero. Default is 450msec. Don't know if that could cause your scenario, but worth a look.

Remote call forward on a partner ACS R6

Thanks Guys, I have a customer planning on trialing this and wanted to be able to give them an answer as to if they have to buy a phone for every location. Appreciate the answers! Miked, you say I have to set automatic line selection, doesn't the system use the default line selection, in this...

Remote call forward on a partner ACS R6

I understand the programming, the question is: Do I need a physical phone to have remote call forwarding working? In other words once I have x10 programmed with RCF and then another extension where it's activated, can I unplug that phone and use it somewhere else and still have calls forwarded...

    CP150/mini??

I believe the difference is the mini has 2 channels and the regular has 4 channels (concurrent users). There may also be a smaller number of greetings tables and the like, but I'm not sure. It will work with your MICS just fine.

Callpilot 150 remote telephone administration problem

Just a quick note, I do have access through Callpilot manager on the LAN. Manager wants to be able to dial in and close business himself.

Callpilot 150 remote telephone administration problem

Can't seem to get this going, I must be missing something simple. Running a Callpilot 150 version: 31.10.14.22 on a MICS R6.1 When I try to change business status by dialing into the AA from a touchtone telephone, I'm unable to administer the system. I press **, system prompts for MB number. I...

How to Administer Partner Messaging Remotely

I've recently become responsible for maintaining a boatload of Partner systems. I have PC administration set up and working (tricky, but finally got it, hint: reboot your PC so new modem settings take effect) for remote administration, but can't figure out how to administer the VM systems. Can...

MICS 4.1 regecting external calls to DID

I had 2 phones go dead, and after disabling and enabling them they both came back up. One of them now can't be called from outside, caller receives either a network message (you have dialed a non-working telephone number) or a fast busy. All else is fine on this phone, internally dialed calls...
