Thanks for your responses. We do have SSU but it was the labour cost that we were worried about as we have an ESS that would also need to be upgraded to the new CM (session manager will not be needed at our other site and will not be resilient - company don't want to spend the cash).

Hello,
We currently have CM 6.0 installed and are undertaking a project to integrate a 3rd party IVR solution (Voxeo) into this.
We have now involved our Avaya BP as we need them to provide Session Manager (we do not currently have this) and assist with the SIP integration between the two...
Hello,
We have CM Aura 6.0 and several buildings set up as different locations and network regions.
At each site we have teams of first aiders. We would like to have a single number to be called (6999) from any site that would deliver to a coverage answer group at the site the call was made...
We have 3 branch offices (Network regions 2, 3 and 4) running from our call server in our Head office running off the MedPro's and CLANs (network region 1). The Network regions are set Yes on Direct WAN and we have no need to assign dedicated MedPro's or CLAN's for the additional network regions.

To make things easier we use two different number...

Office A is in Network Region 1 and office B is in Network Region 2.
