Avaya IP Soft-Phone for PC 2

Hi,
We are currently on CM4 will be upgrading to CM6 in the next 6 to 8 weeks but, I am trying to familiarize myself with the IP Soft-Phone application; only thing is that I can't find it anywhere to download it. I would appreciate any direction here.

IP softphone is the old version and the new version you probably want to use is called One X communicator.

The first thing you want to do is check how many licesnes you have. For softphone we only had 5 free licenses that came with our system. But now that we use One X communicator we have unlimited licenses based on our licensing that we purchased.

You should be able to download both versions from Avaya's website.

I believe One-X Communicator only requires a station license.

Hmm..works OK for me, try searching for "Avaya one-X® Communicator Release 6.1" on [URL unfurl="true"]https://support.avaya.com/[/url], it is showing as the 2nd result (with the Download content type).

OK... I just tried that and it takes me to the plds.avaya.com site. I might have to get our Avaya partner to look into it. Thanks for the help...
