Please does anyone know how to enable call back between TSE and TSW? I have been trying to get this done and its just not working, I have callback working between all my sites running MXOne TSW sites. Below is my configuration on both systems

The ADC of my ext is 010000301,I noticed that if i change the last digit to 0,i get a display of 08039074000 which is my pilot number but if i use 010000301 as the ADC on my ext i only get a display of 4144 instead of 08039074144,this only happens from my remote site,calls from my local site...

i had a similar problem once,you can download and install portpeeker on the machine then configure the port to listen to(7000 in this case) as well as the ip address,you should be able to see your call log information.

Yes both systems are MX-one SP 2,after changing D17 and D25 to 0 there is no difference as call back is still not working. anything else i need to do?

i have IP Trunks between two of my sites and i need to enable call back feature across trunks. how do i get this working? below is the route parameters at one end

i have VOIP trunks between two of my sites, one site depends on the other for its PSTN calls but the intersite PSTN calls have only 4 digits display while PSTN calls from the local site(site with the PSTN connection)has the full PSTN display.
i have number conversion on both sites,below...
yeah!!! i finally got it, thanks a lot guys i'm very grateful,it worked yesterday, i used portpeeker and i got output,indeed port 21 did not work i used 3800. thanks again.
