trvlr1 - thank you for the suggestion. But for the life of me, I can't comprehend how using a non-Nortel phone will work with our switch and still allow him acces to Call Pilot voicemail.

So far, I've been able to program 2 non-ACD i2050 softphones with users same DN. However I just tried to programming for an ACD agent (using CCM6) and received this error: "SCH0718 ACD-ID (DN) already exists". Do i2050's require unique DNs for ACD agents? Thank you in advance. I'm frustrated...

We have a Nortel CS1000K PBX with several voice item maintenance applications. I'm not sure how to find out what the recording time limit is. I looked at the voice item SDN properties and there's a "session time limit" of 10 minutes, but it seems illogical to have a 10 minute time limit...
Thanks to all for the suggestions. I did use a digital port and in desperation this morning, I deleted phoneset and rebuilt using a 3rd TN. This time it worked. I suspected a bad TN port originally, but didn't imagine the 2nd port I selected would also be bad. Thanks again!
Thank you Tman45 & FBird - I will try this tomorrow. For now, the user is content with the status quo. I set him up with desktop MyCallPilot to view/listen to messages thru his PC.
